The classic color is a silver sony aibo. Although they also come in black and even gold. The Sony dog is of course not made from metal - it's a thick, durable plastic. It can withstand most accidental kicks and knocks easily.
A lot of people have commented that Aibo dogs are not real dogs. Well, of course they aren't! They are something new and something different. And who says you can't have a real dog AND a sony aibo pup? There's no reason to have one or the other. Both are equally cool pets!
